Warranty

GOBI® stands behind the quality of its products. GOBI products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date the product ships from GOBI.

Rechargeable batteries are covered under a separate ninety (90) day warranty.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, GOBI will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Warranty Service

The purchaser is responsible for returning the product to GOBI for inspection.

If our inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, GOBI will:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable item

For orders placed through www.gobiheat.com, GOBI will reimburse return shipping costs up to $15 after the defect has been confirmed.

Replacement products may be new or refurbished.

If the original product is temporarily out of stock, the replacement will ship once inventory becomes available.

If the original product is discontinued or unavailable, GOBI may provide a comparable replacement product.

Warranty claims are not eligible for refunds.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Repairs attempted by unauthorized parties

  • Product alterations or modifications

  • Misuse, neglect, or unintended use

  • Normal wear and tear

Products showing signs of misuse or alteration may be denied warranty coverage after inspection.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

When returning a product for warranty service, please include a note with:

  • Original order number

  • Current contact information

    • Name

    • Address

    • Email

    • Phone number

  • Brief description of the issue
