United StatesVery good customer service. Was originally sent the wrong size and was sent the correct size within days. Jacket is made of great quality material. Very nice fitting jacket, fits longer over hips which I like in the cold.
United StatesI haven't had a chance to wear this in the cold yet, but it seems very warm even without the heat on. I bought this coat for the purpose of recess duty. The wind and cold gets brutal here in during Wyoming winters. I most definitely will be a repeat customer (love that it's made in USA) and will encourage my colleagues to buy Gobi Heat also.
