Q. WHY IS THE RETURN POLICY 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING MY ORDER?

A. Sales of heated jackets is a seasonal business and our returns policy is written to account for this. We sincerely want our customers to have a satisfying experience and love their Gobi Heat product. In the event that you decide to return your jacket or gloves, we require that your item(s) be dropped off as the post office or shipping carrier within 30 days of receiving the item(s). This is so we have a reasonable opportunity to resell the item before the season ends.
