Fit, color, or style issues
If your item isn’t the right fit or style, we’re happy to help you exchange or return it.
30-Day Exchange Policy
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, or 30 days after Christmas, whichever is longer.
Shipping
Exchanges in the U.S. qualify for free processing. A discounted return label is available at checkout. If not selected, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing.
Return Requirements & Refunds
• Items must be unused and unwashed
• Must include battery and charger
• Must be in saleable condition
• Free of pet hair, smoke, or strong odors
• RMA must be clearly marked on the package
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Items returned in unsellable condition will not be refunded.
Special Cases
Free Gift with Purchase
Free gifts must be returned in original condition. If not returned, or if your order falls below the promotional threshold, the value may be deducted from your refund.
Final Sale
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Warranty & Support
All products are backed by a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Rechargeable batteries are covered for 90 days.
If your product has a defect, we’ll repair or replace it.
