A. Our batteries are built to maximize battery life while keeping the battery slim and compact.

Each product, depending on number of heat zones, can have different ranges. Generally speaking on low 7- 10 hours, medium 5 to 7, and on high 3 to 5.

A. Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once an order has shipped an email with a tracking number will be emailed to the email on file. Be sure to check your junk folder as some automated messages may go there.

A. Sales of heated jackets is a seasonal business and our returns policy is written to account for this. We sincerely want our customers to have a satisfying experience and love their Gobi Heat product. In the event that you decide to return your jacket or gloves, we require that your item(s) be dropped off as the post office or shipping carrier within 30 days of receiving the item(s). This is so we have a reasonable opportunity to resell the item before the season endsTo assist with customer costs we’ve adapted a 30 day return policy. Being seasonal, this window helps to ensure reasonable availability and cost of our products during the times you need them most!.
