Good a bit 2 long though
I had another brand for a couple years but decided to try the GOBI vest. It is amazing. Keeps you in the woods and warm. Bought two more and gave to hunting buddies.
Haven’t used it yet, bought as a gift, but the coat I bought works great
I am a deer hunter, and purchased the Colorado (Mossy Oak Cam) Hunting Vest for hunting purposes. I tried it, and found that it was a bit bulky to wear as an undergarment... which is how I had intended to use it. I also didn't like the way the collar felt when I wore it as an undergarment. I had also purchased a second heated vest as a gift for my brother and, by chance, he chose the Dune Mens Heated Vest. Before I gave it to him, I tried it on (as an undergarment), and liked the way it felt a lot more than the camo Colorado Mens Heated Hunting Vest that I had originally purchased for myself, so I returned the camo vest for a Dune vest for myself. In summary, I want to say two things: (1) In my view, it makes more sense to wear a heated vest under other clothing to help retain the heat from the electric garment... if it is worn as the exterior garment, most of the heat generated from the vest is lost to the atmosphere... and (2) I think that the description of the two vests on the Gobi Heat website should state that the Dune vest is designed more as an undergarment (less bulky and soft collar) and that the Colorado Hunting Vest is designed to be worn as an outer garment. It might seem obvious to some, but it wasn't to me... I had to learn through trial and error, which cost me some money (the black Friday sale price for the Dune vest was cheaper, plus it offered a free battery) plus the frustration of having to return/ exchange the item. Sincerly, MEH. (Customer #:66348).
Bought for hunting season in PA and husband absolutely loves his heated vest.
