I bought it for my husband to be able to smoke cigars in Colorado's cold air-and when we are staying in the mountains. Vest keeps him very warm; the battery lasts through several wearings. It is a bit tricky to get going-involves a few steps but I think my husband would say it is a great vest.
He barely takes it off. He wears it on his motorcycle under his jacket. He wears it hunting. He wears it working in the yard. He even wears it just sitting on the couch watching tv.
I absolutely love the product, much better than any other heated vest I’ve seen. Excellent quality, extremely well-made. I found the large to be a bit too big, and returned it to exchange for a medium. The return policy is very customer friendly. Other than that It’s all five stars
Let me start by saying that the vest is great! That applies to a number of other items I've purchased over the last couple years as well. IF I were rating just the products, I'd give a higher rating. But, this time something else has to be added in. I ordered several items this time, including the vest. Because of some plans I had, I opted for "next day air" shipping. That was on a Wednesday. When nothing arrived the next day, I thought maybe I had just ordered too late in the day. Then, nothing arrived on Friday. At that point, I contacted customer service, and sure enough, the package had not been sent. They found the label - which had been printed on the day I ordered - but could find no trace of the package. The service rep - Ben - seemed great. He jumped right on it, and the package went out that day. But? UPS doesn't deliver, at least in this area, on Saturdays: not even "next day air" packages. I never got the package until Monday. My dis-satisfaction? I paid over $50.00 for "next day air" service, but didn't get the package until 5 days later. I have since sent two emails to Ben in customer service stating that the shipping should be refunded, or at least reduced to standard shipping charges - which I think would be fair. Now, the guy that jumped right on my initial problem, won't even answer my emails. NOT GOOD, BEN! At the very least? Give some kind of response!!
The delivery is really long for Canada and moreover it has customs fees to pay
